General Enquiries

Are all your prints the same size?

Yes, all my prints are A3 (16.5 x 11.7inch / 420 x 297mm) in size.

Do they come framed?

No, unfortunately I do not post out frames. They are however available in person at my shop premises. Address available in Contact page.

Do you do Commissions?

Yes, I am open to commissions but only for Pop Culture related pieces. If you would like to know more about the Commission process includng pricing and timescale, contact me directly.

Shipping

When will my order be despatched?

All orders are shipped out on Fridays and Saturdays.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is dependant on zone.

UK shipping: 1st Class Signed for £5.55 2nd Class Signed for £4.45

International Shipping is dependant on country and weight of order

Europe: Starts at £11.99, up to £13.99

Rest of the World (excl USA): Starts at £12.99, up to £15.99

USA: Starts at £13.99, up to £17.99

I've placed an order, how long will it take?

Once process and shipped UK orders usually take between 1-2 business days.

International orders to Europe can take anywhere from 5-10 business days.

International orders for Rest of World can take 10-14 business days +

I haven't received my order yet, whats going on?

Sometimes there may be an unforseen delay with your order. This can be due to delays in transit, local public holidays and postal services depending on country. The Royal Mail and their partners have up to 28 days to deliver any piece of mail. However, if your order has surpassed its typical delivery timescale, please contact me directly quoting order no. via the Contact Page

Returns/Exchange Policy

What is your returns/exchange policy?

All orders are final and I cannot cancel orders or offer Refunds once despatched. Orders can be cancelled and a refund issued if requested before despatched.

I made a mistake ordering my prints, what can I do?

If you have made any errors choosing your prints or in your address information, please contact me asap using the Contact form. Amending your orders is easy as long as they are requested before being depatched.

My prints arrived damaged, what can I do?

I want you all to be satisfied with your prints, so in the unlikely event that your prints arrived damaged or you arent happy with them, please contact me directly with photos of the damage/issue. Replacements will be sent out once they have been inspected.
