This event is catered around all things FANDOM.

Whether you create artwork, clothing, homewares, jewellery, accessories and more, you are welcome to apply!
If you don’t know whether your work fits for the event; dont worry, we encourage you to apply anyway.

Application Form

• All traders must submit an application form to be considered for the market.

• Only submit one form per trader, as multiple forms can slow down the selection process.

• All submissions will receive an email confirmation of application, with dates for selection process. Check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive one - this will be important for the selection process. Contact us if you haven’t.

• Please complete form fully and accurately; including all social media/website addresses if you have them, along with an image of your work or table display from pervious events if you have one.

• Incomplete forms may be rejected so please double check!

Tables

• 6t - 1 x 6ft Table - £75

• 12ft - 2 x 6ft Tables - £`150
  12ft pitches are limited.

• Space behind tables for a backdrop should you need one.
  2m max height.

• Tables must be covered

• Chairs not supplied

Selection Process

• Trading is via invite only.

• Each form is looked over carefully and all application checked before selection process.

• Once selection process is complete each applicant will receive an email with decision and successful applicants will receive an invite to trade.

• Payment for table(s) to be completed within 48 hours of email sent.

• If you have not received your decision email 24 hours after selection deadline, please check spam/junk folder, and then email us directly.

Venue & Set Up/Breakdown

• The Hangar 5 venue hall is in on the upper level of Potterow.

• Set up - from 10am to be ready for doors opening at 12pm
  Breakdown - 5pm after all members of the public have cleared hall.

• Wifi is available.

• There is no power available.

• Loading bay on lower ground level with service lift to ground floor. Bay is small, and parking around Potterow is very limited so do arrive early or -

• use closest multi-story; Q-Park Quartermile which is a short walk away.

• There is a bar and catering available in the Potterow Bar & Kitchen.

Successful traders will be shared on our social media pages leading up to the market to promote their attendance.
We encourage those who are successful to share and promote the event on their social medias to help advertise and raise awareness for the market and make it as successful as we can!
